Yes! I can set up personal décor items such as signage, welcome tables, memorial tables, and other meaningful touches. For full ceremony and reception setup—like table settings, guest tables, and complete detail styling—I offer this as an additional service. This allows you and your family to sit back, relax, sip your mimosas, and enjoy the morning while my team takes care of everything.

Most coordination packages include 10–12 hours of coverage with myself and an assistant. I arrive before vendors, oversee the full setup, run the ceremony and reception timeline, coordinate with your photo/video team, and stay through major events to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly.
